Hall of Shame: Michael Moore & Move On

Michael Moore is a scruffy proxy for the regressive organization MOVE ON that pillories everyone except the Democrats and the Liberals. It grossly insulted General Petraeus. Would you invite this clod into your home?

Hall of Shame: El Presidente Fox

This is the wrong end of the horse, isn't it?

Hall of Shame: Hillary Rodham Clinton

Hillary's greatest moment. She got caught this time. She accepted, with no questions asked, the $850,000 raised by Norman "Ponzi" Hsu who was already wanted by the law. She is not qualified to be president. We don't need no stinkin' crooks in the White House, even donors or those who want to spend the night in the Lincoln bedroom.

Hall of Shame: Rudy Giuliani

Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani says illegal immigration is not a crime. Technically, he is correct. When you throw an immigrant out of the country, it's not a criminal proceeding. It's a civil proceeding. But, obviously, he is not taking the problem seriously.

"Illegal immigration shouldn't be a crime, either," Giuliani said,"... because the government wouldn't be able to prosecute it. We couldn't prosecute 12 million people. We have only 2 million people in jail right now for all the crimes that are committed in the country, 2.5 million. My solution is close the border to illegal immigration."

These statements are a curious way to win the nomination. How is it we can undertake civil proceedings against millions of illegals but not criminal proceedings. Maybe he should suggest a change in the law along the lines of Sensenbrenner, HR 4437. He doesn't explain why we are spending billions of dollars on the Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement if no crime is being committed by illegal aliens. Nor does he deal with the case of the repeat offender who returns to the U.S. after having been deported or removed. That person faces jail time -- a startling turn of events for something that is not a crime. Good luck, Rudy, with trying to close the border without criminal penalties.

Rudy missed the point altogether. You don't have to prosecute 12 million cases to send a message to illegal aliens that they are not welcome here and that we will prosecute as many as we can. All we need is a law that says illegal entry is a felony and visa overstays will be heavily fined and immediately deported. Sorry Rudy, no cigar!

Hall of Shame: W. Ralph Basham, Commissioner of U.S. Customs & Border Protection

Here's another joke. Why should we pay this guy if our borders remain porous and illegals spread throughout the country with impunity? Who else gets paid for doing such an ineffective job? The least he could do is remove the restrictions on the Border Patrol that prevent them from doing the best they can with the available resources.

Hall of Shame: Assistant Secretary, Julie L. Myers, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Another ineffective bureaucrat in the DHS. Customs and Immigration Enforcement -- that's the biggest laugh in the last 20 years. She now has told Congress that it would cost $94 billion to deport all of the 12 illegals in this country. She doesn't seem to be solution oriented, does she? Instead of trying to convince people it can't be done at a reasonable cost, she has taken opposite approach. No one is interested in why it can't be done. Put the job up for bids by private enterprise, lobby for any necessary enabling legislation or executive orders and then stand back and watch it happen. She is incompetent and should be fired.

Hall of Shame: Dr. Emilio Gonzalez, Director USCIS

This man is untrustworthy as the Director of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services. He has failed miserably in his job. He should be replaced by Roy Beck.

Hall of Shame: Rep. Luis "Amnesty" Gutierrez

Rep. Gutierrez has consistently taken an ethnocentric view of immigration legislation, placing a higher priority on the interests of foreigners and illegals than he does on the national interest. Shame!

Hall of Shame: El Guapo

El Guapo is a Hall of Shame proxy for all the criminals and malcontents among the illegals and their supporters. In the past, Mexicans have often been portrayed as bandits and outlaws who preyed on their own people and others. This portrayal was sometimes humorous as in "The Three Amigos" although in that case it was the Gringos who were portrayed as bumbling idiots. On other occasions, the portrayal was somewhat more serious as in "The Magnificent Seven" and "How the West was Won". Modern portrayals could include the Latino street gangs, the welfare parasites, rapists, drug and human traffickers and other criminals who find their way to America among the vast numbers of illegals. All of these miscreants belong in the Hall of Shame but this does not justify a broad brush treatment of all illegals, lumping them together with hardened criminals.

Hall of Shame: Alfred E. Neuman

Alfred E. Neuman is a proxy for all of those Hispanic Americans and other Americans who support the interests of illegal aliens and foreign governments instead of the U.S. national interest. They don't worry about immigration's unarmed invasion and its deadly consequences. They don't worry about unneeded and unfettered population growth and what it will do to the standard of living and quality of life in the U.S.. They don't worry about climate change, pollution, traffic congestion, extinction of species and dwindling natural resources. They think this is still the 18th century when a vast unsettled continent lay before the founding fathers. They know not what they do.

Hall of Shame: Senator "Amnesty" Kennedy

Ted Kennedy stood up and said (1986)

"This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 -- 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another Amnesty Bill like this."

Hall of Shame: Senator "Amnesty" McConnell

McConnell is another of those in the Senate Republican leadership who did all he could to effect passage of ill-founded S.1639 immigration bill. And he wants to be re-elected!

Hall of Shame: Senator "Amnesty" Lott

Trent Lott is one of the Republican Senators in a leadership position who tried to twist arms to enable the passage of the misguided S.1639 immigration reform bill. He is also an alleged racist for remarks he made at the time of the retirement of a fellow senator.

Hall of Shame: President George W. Bush

Supported an ill-conceived immigration reform bill that was tantamount to a blanket amnesty for 12-20 million illegals. Twisted arms to try to force the bill through congress. Reportedly said, "If you can get across the Rio Grande, you are welcome." This from someone who is charged with enforcing the law and protecting the U.S. against enemies foreign and domestic.

Hall of Shame: Senator "Amnesty" Salazar

"...spending billions of dollars deporting these [illegals] is unrealistic and unworkable." He does not explore the possibility of having the illegals, their home governments , and their employers to pay the cost. He regularly weakens any attempt to make English the Official Language of the United States.

Hall of Shame: El Presidente Felipe Calderon

President Felipe Calderon of Mexico is not doing enough to give his young people hope for a job and a way to earn a good living. He continues to dump his poor in America's back yard.

Calderon, like his predecessors, Carlos Salinas and Vicente Fox, has failed miserably to establish policies that would create jobs for the Mexican people and to eliminate shameful, unchecked corruption and incompetence in the Mexican government.
